Bad Bramstedt

Bad Bramstedt is a town with a population of around 13,900 people and is an officially recognised spa town that specialises in peat spa treatments and the town‘s main business is health tourism. However, it also  boasts many retail shops, trade businesses and financial service providers.

The town belongs to the Nordgate economic region. There are direct train links to Hamburg and Neumünster, as well as road links via the  B4 and B206. The motorway entrance onto the A7 is around 5 kilometres away.

The site is centrally located in a commercial area in Bad Bramstedt, only a few minutes walk away from the railway station.

The initial design concept for the development envisages a mix of retail shops, care facilities and homes.
