Hotel Erika was built in 1897 in the Art Nouveau style and is one of the most well-established and renowned hotels in Kitzbühel. It offers a unique combination of turn of the century architectural flair and stateof-the-art modern and personal comforts. Situated only a few minutes walk away from the cable car to the Hahnenkamm and the town centre, the hotel offers luxuriously furnished, generously-sized rooms and suites with unobstructed views of the Kitzbüheler Horn. The cosy hotel bar and a rustic hall dominated by a fireplace perfectly complement the excellent food and the romantic restaurant. The hotel‘s range of offers is completed by extensive spa facilities with exclusive relaxation and pool areas, a landscaped natural swimming pond, several saunas and a brine grotto.

The Hanseatic Group not only intends to extend the underground car park but also the renowned hotel itself from 60 to 110 rooms and suites, and to make even more additions to the already impressive spa area, which it plans to modernise with the addition of special offers for children. An unusual property in a prime location with exclusive flair.
